Projects

A project is a piece of work with a set scope, timeframe, and budget. A project can be internal or for a customer. Projects are broken down into manageable chunks called Work Orders. Each work order can be further broken down into Tasks. The only information needed to create a project in Idalia is a name. Everything else is optional, but recommended:
  • Unique reference code
  • Customer
  • Status (e.g. Lead, In Progress, Completed)
  • Start & end dates
